Mind-blowing location near all the main attractions, exceeded our expectations with a warm welcome and free upgrade to a jaw-dropping family room. The beautiful house filled with artworks and nostalgic eraser collection brought back childhood memories. The comfortable bed and impressive deep bath left us super relaxed. Joan, our lovely and interesting host, made us feel at home and we can't wait to book again in the future. The owner was incredibly helpful and sensible, ensuring a fantastic stay.

The location is perfect, at the top of the main high street. We were happily surprised with a bigger room at no extra cost. The house is beautiful with artwork everywhere. Bed is very comfortable, bathroom is modern and clean. Rich breakfast with greek yogurt, selection of jams, and apricots.

The double room at Bellhay Orchard was fantastic! It felt so cozy and comfortable with its carpeted floors and seating area with a flat-screen TV. I loved having a tea and coffee maker in the room, perfect for a lazy morning. The private bathroom was also a great touch, with a bath, shower, and plenty of free toiletries. The wardrobe was spacious, and the desk was handy for catching up on emails. it was a lovely and well-equipped room.
Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the sofa in the double room. It just didn't suit my taste, but I understand that others might still enjoy it.
